The food at Drakes is very much flavour focused.  Dishes are created using simple, sometimes unusual flavour combinations balanced to bring out the best in them.  This is the essence of the style of food, flavour focused with technique to support and deliver the flavour.

Ingredients play the biggest role and we source from all over Great Britain, as well as many local suppliers, to find the best producers and suppliers of quality ingredients.  95% of our ingredients come from within our shores.
